Recently heard and upcoming

I saw Jessie Stacken's "current" perform last night at the Cornelia St. Cafe. Current features Stacken on piano, Eivind Opsvik on bass, and Jeff Davis on drums. Although I've heard the latter two play a number of times, it was the first time I'd heard Stacken. A very nice show. The trio made a recording last year, which you can listen to and download for free in it's entirety here. Enjoy.
