So crazy fit she really does not understand what it might be like *not* to be that fit. Plus, she's really nice so she really believes we can all do anything we put our minds to. Also that my running clinic started on Saturday morning and I am still in pain. We started with a 7km circuit, of which I "ran" about a quarter, and walked the rest. I have some work to do.
