Up until very recently I had paid so little attention to Kanye West that I thought his name was spelled and pronounced “Kayne.”

Just wanted to let you know that this post made me smile. Also that my running clinic started on Saturday morning and I am still in pain. We started with a 7km circuit, of which I “ran” about a quarter, and walked the rest. I have some work to do.

The woman running the clinic is *crazy* fit. So crazy fit she really does not understand what it might be like *not* to be that fit. Plus, she’s really nice so she really believes we can all do anything we put our minds to. For example, she wants us to do a half-marathon in April. Yep. She truly believes that this will happen. Gotta love her.
